By using yourbestseeds.org or submitting a form on the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is intended for people age 13 and older. If you're under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

Submitting an interest form does not enroll you in a Best Seeds cohort. Acceptance is at our discretion and is subject to a separate program agreement that we'll share if you're invited to participate.

• Provide accurate information on our forms.
• Don't scrape, copy, or crawl the site in ways that disrupt it.
• Don't attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to use.
• Don't submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.

The Best Seeds name, logo, site content, and program materials are owned by Best Seeds. Students retain rights to the work they create; participation in a cohort may include a limited license for Best Seeds to showcase student work with appropriate credit, as described in the program agreement.

The site and our programs are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee any specific outcome — including employment, income, college admission, or any particular career result — from using the site or participating in a cohort.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Best Seeds and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site.

The site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Best Seeds is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
