Ways to support students

Every partnership is scoped to the time you actually have. Some common shapes:

Mentor a student
One hour a month. Structured, async where possible. High signal for both sides.
Run mock interviews
A single afternoon of practice interviews and honest feedback moves students further than a semester of theory.
Speak to a cohort
Tell the real story of your career — the detours included. Q&A does the rest.
Host a workplace visit
Show students what a working day actually looks like in your field.
