About Best Seeds
Best Seeds positions students to sow the seeds of their own success by growing real skills and rising to compete for market-facing opportunities.
Best Seeds is dedicated to the learning and development of high school students, trade school students, and young adults. We help students build the durable skills that carry a career — communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking — through mentorship, real practice, and structured reflection.
We break down the high gates of professional networks so every student, regardless of ZIP code or background, has the tools, mentorship, and proof of work to compete for real opportunities.
Gifts fund student stipends, mentor matching, and the materials that make a cohort work — so cost never decides who gets to participate.
Best Seeds is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your gift directly supports student programming.
Every student develops the confidence and self-knowledge to shape their own future — participating fully in, and helping shape, the future economy.
Millions of students have potential but lack access, exposure, and opportunity. Best Seeds closes that gap through mentorship, authentic learning experiences, and community support.
Our model
Intensive cohorts combining mentorship, project-based experience, and AI-enabled learning.
Our approach
Realistic workplace practice, mentor feedback, and reflection — with AI used as a learning support, not the point.
Our goal
2,000 students by 2030 — each seat a young person with more confidence and more options.
